Founded in 1982, D-Rep Plastics has over 20 years of experience specializing in custom injection molding and tooling design.

Our modern 35,000 square foot facility is climate controlled allowing us to process engineered resins to exact tolerances.

D-Rep Plastics has a full service Tooling Department. The Tooling Department can offer assistance from initial part and mold design all the way through to the finished product.

We offer custom thermoplastic injection molding with 17 molding machines ranging from 28 ton to 500 ton clamping force. Our customers include leaders in the medical, electronic, plumbing, and defense industries.
